THE DETAILS MATTER

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Here is how we plan to work, and which commercial details we still need to finalise before taking orders.

Before we build.

What is included in a monthly website package?

The draft packages cover a bespoke website with the page allowance shown on our pricing page. Copy, imagery, hosting, maintenance and support are being shaped into the final service scope. We will confirm the complete inclusions before accepting an order.

Are there setup fees, VAT or a minimum contract?

The monthly prices are provisional. Setup fees, tax treatment, minimum commitment, cancellation notice and transfer terms have not yet been finalised. We will provide those in writing before you sign up.

When will the first payment be taken?

The first-payment date and billing schedule are still being decided. No payment is collected on this development website.

How will payments work?

We plan to use myPOS for secure hosted checkout. The merchant account and recurring-payment capability still need to be configured and approved. We will not ask you to enter card details into an unconfigured form.

What do I need to provide?

A summary of your business, your services or products, your audience and your preferred next step for visitors. Your logo, brand colours, photographs and examples you like help us get started. We will identify any missing material together.

How long will the website take?

We agree a delivery schedule after reviewing the brief, content and any integrations. The schedule also depends on how quickly feedback and approvals arrive. There is no fixed launch-time promise in the draft packages.

Can I use my existing domain?

Yes, we can plan to connect a domain you own. We will check its current website and email settings before changing DNS, and agree any migration work first.

Does the package include business email?

Email hosting is separate from website hosting. We can discuss using an existing provider or setting up a suitable business-email service. Provider subscriptions and migration work are scoped separately.

Can I edit the website myself?

WordPress supports editing pages and content. We can agree which areas you should manage and provide suitable access and guidance. Custom layouts and integrations may still need development work.

What about bookings, ecommerce and other integrations?

We scope these around the provider and workflow you need. Ecommerce product limits, payment setup, shipping, tax settings and third-party subscriptions need agreement before the project starts.

What happens if I cancel or move away?

Ownership, licensing, export arrangements and any transfer charges will be set out in the final agreement. We have not adopted another agency’s contract or minimum transfer period.

Can you replace my existing website?

Yes, we can review its content, URLs, forms and integrations, then plan a replacement and redirects. Any accounts or data that need moving are assessed before work begins.

Will my website be guaranteed to rank or generate leads?

No. We can build clear content, sensible technical foundations and an easy enquiry journey. Search position and business results depend on competition, demand, marketing and other factors beyond the website alone.
